Cordelia, age 62, and husband W. Newton Bearden, age 68, along with son Lawson, age 39, living in Tickanetley district Gilmer Co, Ga.
D.T. (dead) 
    - Clifford - age 26, was living with his wife Beulah, age 19, and daughter    Geraldine 1.9 years old. They were living with in-law’s Virgil and Sallie Clark at Lost Mountain, Cobb County, Ga on Cross Road, No Name.
     -  Covell  was living in 40 Glen Street, Dalton , Ga. Which was the same street as his brother and uncle Clifford. Covell, age 28, was living with his wife Josie, age 28, daughters Geneva, age 10, Audry, age 5, Irene, age 4, and son James, age 2.
     -  Leet   was living at 16 Glen Street in Dalton as a boarder at the Paul and Ella  Anderson. Leet , age 24, was living with his wife Thelma, age 19.
John Abner (dead)
        Homer   was listed as Ernest Ralston, age 30, living with his wife Bertha, age 24, and children Rudolph, age 2 and 9 months, and Leroy , age . There is a daughter listed named Alice, age4, but this is a mistake. This is no Alice Ralston.
         Ella  age 26, was living with her uncle Clifford in Dalton.
Martha(dead)
Rosier (Rosa)  was living in Arbacoochee, Cleburne, Alabama with her husband Francis Weaver and three children.  Junior C age 20, Herdis R age 17, and O Celesta age 15. They lived on Tricum Valley and Red Lands Road. Their oldest son H Glenn Weaver lived next door with his wife Fannie and their two children Ellie and William.
Betty - age 48, was living in Dalton, Ga with her husband William H Long, age 58, and daughter Gertrude, age 11. and son Homer, age 10. Homer was born in Illinois.
Harley  age 43, was living in Arbacoochee, Cleburne County, Alababma with wife Milly, age 41, on Turkey H ??? Mountain Road with children Omiline, age 18, Horace, age 15, Alfred, age 10, Beatrice, age 7, and Ralph, age 4.
Harvey   age, 43, was living in Bells Mills, Cleburne County, Alabama along with his wife Oma, age 37, and children Adel , age 14, John D ,age 11, Lalene ,age 9, Tom B, age 7, Audry , age 5, and Vernice , age 1. They lived on the Heflin and Bowden Highway.
Clifford   was living at 20 Glen Street in Dalton, Ga Whitfield County. Clifford, age 38, was living with his wife, Willie, age 35, along with children Wane, age 18, Willie, age 17, Ruby, age 13, Lillie, age 10, Esmer, age 8, Lois, age 5, Joseph, age 3.5  , Thomas, age 9 months, sister Omie, age 40, and niece Ella , age 26. There were also two boarders living with them, Merida and Allie Davis, both 35.
Oma   living with her brother Clifford in Dalton.

1920

 
William Decatur Ralston was living with his daughters Betty Brookshire and Omi Ralston and his granddaughters Ella Ralston (John Abner’s daughter) and Gertrude Brookshire. They lived on 278 Roselane Street, Marietta, Georgia. Down the street at 285 Roseland Street, lived William’s oldest daughter Cordelia (Dellia) Bearden along with her husband W. Newton Bearden and their daughter Allie age 24. Also in the house is Leet Ralston (D.T’s son) age 13 and a niece Ethel Walker. Not sure who she is.
On September 12, 1918, Homer Ralston was living with Ashel Weaver in Blackwelle, Cobb County, Georgia. On that date, he filled out a World War I draft registration card. I cannot find Homer on any census for 1920. Ashel is the brother of Frances Weaver, husband of Rosier(Rosa), this would make him Homer’s uncle.
Big’ Cliff, age 28, was living in the Diamond District of Gilmer County with his wife Millie, age 25, and children Howard (Wane) age 8, Willie age 3, Becky age 3.3, and Lillie age 1.25.
Harvey, age 33, was living with Oma, age 27, on 26 Bankhead Highway Road, Bells Mills, Cleburne County, Alabama. Covell, age 18, Clifford, age 16, Iwayne, age 7, Adelle, age 4, and John D, age1.
Harley , age 33, was living with Millie, age 32, on 36 ??? And Champion Settlement Road, Bells Mills, Cleburne County, Alabama. Hazel, age 13, Harvey, age 11, Omiline, age 7, Horace, age 5, and Alfred, age 3.5.
DT (Dead)   children  Covell and Clfford lived with Harvey.
Martha - (Dead)
Rosier(Rosa)  cannot find in census. Could be somewhere around Cobb County with the rest of the family.
 

1910

 
Cordelia, age 41, and husband W. Newton Bearden, age 48, along with sons William A, age 21, Lawson, age 19, and daughters Aillie, age 14, and Sarah R, age 8, were living in Tickanetley district Gilmer Co, Ga. She was living next door to her parents.
DT, age 33, and wife Edie, age 28, along with sons, Covel, age 8, Clifford, age 6, William, age 4, and Lett, age 6 month, were living in the Flint Hill District of Fannin County, Georgia. DT occupation is listed as a blacksmith with the Copper mines.
John Abner (DeadHomer , age 11, was living with his mother Dotcie, age 34, sisters Estell M, age 13, and Eller N, age 6. They lived with Dotcie’s mother Mary Peek, age 56 in the Shoal Creek District of Dawson County, Georgia. Mary’s children Columbus, age 26, Joseph A, age 19, Henry C, age 17, Estell M ,age 14, Mary E, age 11, Roseann E, daughter in-law, age 24, and granddaughter Mary L , age 2. They all worked on a home farm.
Martha, age 39, with husband Joseph R Long, age 37. There are four children living with them, Millie, age 12, Willie, age 11, Wallas, age 10, and Lillie, age 6. It looks like Joseph Long had been married before. In  the 1910 census, Martha and Joseph show that they had been married two years but had four children. They lived in the Diamond District of Gilmer County, Georgia and are listed as farmers.
Rosier - age 32, was living with her husband Francis Weaver, age 34. Myrtle, age 8, Horace G ,age 5 , Dortha M, age 4, and Junior C, age 1.5 weres living with them in the Bucktown District of Gilmer County, Georgia. They worked on the farm.
Betty - age 29, was living with her parents in Tickanetley District of Gilmer County, Georgia.
Harley - age 23, was living in Bucktown District of Gilmer County, Georgia. The census record is missing on Ancestry.com.
Harvey - age 23, was living with Thomas Champion, age 56,and family in Bells Mills Cleburne County, Alabama. We worked on a farm
Clifford - age 18, was living with his parents in Tickanetley District of Gilmer County, Georgia.
Oma - age 22, was living with her parents in Tickanetley District of Gilmer County, Georgia.

1900

William Decatur and Naomi Ralston - Living in the Diamond district of Gilmer County, Georgia. William was 55 years old (march 1845) and had been married to Naomi 32 years. Naomi was 47 years old (October 1852) and said that she had mothered 14 children and that all were still alive (I have only found 11 children). Both are listed as having attended school and were able to Write but not Read. William is listed as a farmer that owned his farm and owed nothing on the farm. William and Naomi both say that their Mother’s were born in South Carolina and Father’s born in Georgia.
The following children were living at home:
Martha - age 29 was living with her parents. She is listed as have attended school and was able to Read and Write.
David(D.T.) - age 24 (July 1874). Everything was blank next to his name concerning school.
Manuel - age 21 (July 1878). Did not attend school and was not able to Read or Write.
Nettie(Betty) - age 19 (July 1880). Did not attend school but was able to Write.
Wilburn(Harley) - age 13 (June 1886). Did not attend school but was able to Write.
William (Harvey)- age 13 (June 1886). Did not attend school but was able to Write.
Emma(Oma) - age 11 (May 1887). Did not attend school but was able to Write.
Clifford - age 9 (May 1891). Did not attend school but was able to Write.
The following children lived outside of the home:
John Abner Ralston - age 26 (Feb 1874) and his wife Dosia, age 24 (Oct 1875) lived in the Bucktown district of Gilmer County , Georgia. They had been married for 4 years and were listed as having attended school and were able to Read and Write. Dosia was listed as being born in North Carolina as were her parents. John Abner was listed as being born in Georgia as were his parents. John Abner was a farmer that owned his farm. Dosia was shown to have birthed two children and both were still alive. Stella, age 3 (Mar 1897) and Homer, age 1 (Dec 1898).
Rosa Weaver - age 23 (June 1876) was married to Francis Weaver, age 24 (May 1875) and lived in the Bucktown district of Gilmer County, Georgia. They had been married for one year and had no children. Francis was listed as a farmer that rented his farm. They both show that their parents and themselves as being born in Georgia. Rosa is listed as having attended school and could Read and Write. Francis had not attended school but could Write. It looks like most of Bucktown district was populated with Weaver's. Rosa lived a short distance from her brother John Abner.
Cordella Bearden - age 31 (Nov 1868) was married to Newton Bearden, age 38 (Jan 1862). They had been married for 12 years and had four children, three of which were still alive. He was a farmer that owned his farm and they lived in the Tickanetley district of Gilmer County, Georgia. The three children were William , age 11 (Oct 1888). He was listed as 'At School'. Lawson, age 9 (Sept 1890) was also listed as 'At School'. Allie, age 5(May 1895) the only daughter. Cordellia, Newton, and William were listed as having attended school and could Read and Write. All were born in Georgia. They lived seven house from Wilburn ‘Dallas’ Ralston, Cordelia’s uncle and Wilburn lived next door to his brother in-law.
1890 - Census was destroyed in a fire in 1921. The only part of the census from Georgia that survived was part of Columbus.
1880 - 
William Ralston, age 34 lived in Tickanetly district, Gilmer County , Georgia with his wife Naomia, age 29. He was a farmer and she kept house. The following children lived with them:
Cordelia A. - age 11, attended school but could not Write.
Martha J. - age 10, attended school but could not Write.
John A - age 7.
David T - age 6
Rosia M - age 4.
Manuel L - age 1
They lived three houses down from Naomia's father Abner Champion, age 72 and his wife Martha, age 55. He is listed as a farmer. They had two sons living with them, Andrew J , age 21, and William A, age 18. Both worked on the farm.
Some of the questions asked on this Census were: If you were blind, deaf and dumb, idiot, insane, mamed, crippled, bed ridden, or otherwise disabled.
1870 - 
William Ralston, age 25, was living at the home of his father-in-law, Abner Champion, age 62 in Subdivision 55 in Gilmer County, Georgia. William was married to Abner's daughter Naomi, age 16. They had one child, Cordelia, age 1. William was listed as a Domestic Servant.
Abner Champion is listed as a farmer with a net worth of $475. His property is worth $425. He is married to Martha, age 49 who keeps the house. Their children are Thomas, age 15 , Andrew, age 13, Sarola J, age 12, William, age 11, and Malisa, age 10. The sons help on the farm and the daughters assist in the house.
Wilburn (W.L.) Ralston , age 24, and wife Rachel R, age 21, live three houses down from his brother William. Wilburn is listed as a farmer with the property worth $125 and his net worth at $200. They have two children living with them. Letty J, age 2 and Madella E , age 2 months.
